Effective Date: 15th Feb 2026

This agreement governs the relationship between Shobhit Associates (“Company”) and the registered Partner/Reseller (“Partner”).
By registering as a Partner or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Relationship

Shobhit Associates is an authorized distributor of PantaSign products.

The Partner is an independent reseller and shall not represent themselves as:

Certifying Authority
Branch office of the Company
Owner of the brand

2. Partner Registration

To activate a partner account, the Partner must provide:

Name / Firm Name
Address & Contact Details
PAN (mandatory)
GST (if applicable)

The Company reserves the right to approve or reject registration.

3. Pricing Policy

Partner pricing is confidential
Sharing rate list publicly is strictly prohibited
Market price manipulation or misleading discounts may lead to termination
Prices may change without prior notice

4. Order & Payment Terms

Payment Conditions

100% advance payment mandatory
Shipping charges extra and payable in advance
Order processed only after payment confirmation
Payment once made cannot be reversed

No credit facility is provided.

5. Shipping Policy (USB Tokens)

Dispatch within 1–3 working days after payment
Tracking details shared after dispatch
Risk transfers to Partner once handed to courier

The Company is not responsible for courier delays, transit damage claims must be raised directly with courier.

6. Token Warranty

Covered only for manufacturing defects.

Replacement allowed if:

Dead on Arrival (reported within 48 hours of delivery)
Verified internal hardware defect

Not covered:

Physical damage
Broken connector
Water or burn damage
Mishandling
Password locked token

Final decision subject to technical verification.

7. No Return Policy

USB tokens are serialized hardware inventory.

Sold goods cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

No return allowed for:

Unsold stock
Price change
Customer cancellation
Market demand changes

8. DSC Service Responsibility

Partner is responsible for:

Collecting correct customer documents
Guiding customer for verification
Handling customer communication

Company not liable for partner-customer disputes.

9. Brand Usage

Partner shall not:

Claim ownership of PantaSign
Issue fake authorization letters
Promise guaranteed approval
Mislead customers

Violation may lead to permanent termination.

10. Account Suspension

Company may suspend partner account in case of:

Fraud activity
Fake KYC submission
Chargebacks
Misuse of brand

No compensation shall be payable.

11. Limitation of Liability

Company shall not be liable for:

Tender rejection
Portal errors
Government downtime
Certificate rejection by Certifying Authority
Partner’s customer commitments

12. Termination

Either party may discontinue business anytime.

Pending orders will be completed, however:

No stock buyback
No damages or compensation payable
