To process your Digital Signature Certificate application we collect:

Mobile Number
Email ID

PAN Card
Aadhaar / Government ID
Photograph
Video Verification Recording
Organization Documents (if applicable)

Payment Data

Payments are processed via secure payment gateways.
We do NOT store debit/credit card details.

2. Purpose of Data Usage

Your data is used only for:

KYC verification as per CCA guidelines
Processing DSC application
USB Token mapping
Customer support
Fraud prevention
Legal compliance

3. Sharing of Data

Certifying Authority (PantaSign)
Government regulatory bodies if required
Courier companies for token delivery
Payment gateway providers

4. Data Retention

As per digital certification regulations, KYC records may be stored up to 7 years.

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
However internet transmission cannot be guaranteed 100% secure.

6. User Responsibility

You must:

Provide genuine documents
Attend verification yourself
Protect token password & OTP

We are not liable for misuse after certificate issuance.
